• Appointments are required. We do not accept walk ins.

• Consultations are free. However, to secure your appointment we require a minimum $50 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking.  This deposit will be credited towards your procedure. If you cancel for any reason no less than 24 hours in advance, or do not arrive on the specified appointment date the deposit is non-refundable. Entire amount of service is due upon re-booking and is non-refundable.

• Day of appointment: Please call or text the clinic on arrival and wait outside the main door. Due to Covid19 Rules the main door will remain locked at all times. Only business owners are allowed to access these doors to let each client in. However if you manage to get let in, please wait in the main lobby waiting area and notify me to let me know that you have arrived and waiting in the waiting area.  ​

 

• If your treatment includes a touch up (eyebrow, eyeliner or lip procedures) only, It is crucial to return to the clinic for a touch-up 4 weeks from the initial procedure. Touch-ups are to correct and perfect color and unevenness.  Please remember to call the clinic within the 4 weeks to schedule a touch up session; otherwise, it is no longer valid and the normal touch up fee applies.

 

• Failure to show up for a scheduled touch-up appointment without a 24 hour notice will result in forfeit of the touch-up and would have to pay the normal touch up fee if rescheduled. 

 

• We may not be able to honor your appointment if you are more than 30 minutes late.

 

• Clients must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. Parent must be present during the procedure.

 

• Please do not bring children or pets to your appointment.

 

• No guests are allowed in the procedure room unless it is a parent accompanying a minor.

 

• Vouchers and gift cards must be presented in person.

 

• Special promotional offers are not stack-able with other discounts or promotional vouchers.  Promotional offers, discounts, and promotional vouchers are only valid for new clients.

 

• Payment must be made in full on the day of the procedure. No exceptions.

 

• We only accept the following forms of payment: debit/ATM card, VISA, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Cash App,  Applepay and Cash. Personal and business checks are not accepted.​

 

• All treatments are final.
